Amphenol / SV Microwave RF Cable Assemblies offer a variety of both semi-rigid and flexible cable assemblies. They include SMA, SMP, SMPM, VITA SMPM, and 2.92mm. Cable lengths range from 6" to 12ft. Amphenol / SV Microwave RF Cable Assemblies provide a high-performance, cost-effective cable solution for DC to 40GHz. Typical applications include OEM markets, between equipment interconnects, internal interconnects, wireless and GPS, control and command, radar and EW systems, and general test cables. Amphenol includes cable assemblies for conformable cables that are compact in size and mechanically have outstanding durability.

High-Frequency RF Cable Assemblies

Amphenol / SV Microwave High-Frequency RF Cable Assemblies feature a DC to 65GHz frequency range and continued, reliable performance after repeated usage. These assemblies offer low solder wicking and high flexibility, allowing for tight bends behind the cable ferrule. Typical applications for Amphenol High-Frequency RF Cable Assemblies include the Internet of Things (IoT), 5G wireless infrastructure, RF test and measurement, short cable runs, and more.

SMPM Connectors

Amphenol / SV Microwave SMPM Connectors are 20% smaller than Amphenol / SV Microwave SMP connectors and offer a frequency range of up to 65GHz. These SMPM connectors enable the joining of two RF modules by captivating the connector between two shrouds. This mounting method allows for higher connector density and misalignment, which compensates for tolerance stack up. Amphenol / SV Microwave SMPM Connectors have higher withdrawal forces on the full detent shroud, making them ideal for quick and effective interconnects using both semi-rigid and flexible cables. The push-on design allows designers to mate connectors without the need for threads or wrenches.

5G Connectors, Adapters & Cable Assemblies

Amphenol / SV Microwave 5G Connectors, Adapters, and Cable Assemblies offer >26GHz frequency levels and specialise in the precision RF frequency bands that 5G requires. RF solutions for the 5G series include LiteTouch connectors, Solderless Edge Launch Connectors, Mini-D RF Connection Systems, and  Solderless PCB Connectors. VITA 67 RF Cable Assemblies

Amphenol / SV Microwave VITA 67 RF Cable Assemblies are high-density, high-performance, fixed-length RF cable assemblies that fit into VITA 67 blocks and attach to the PCB board. The VITA 67 RF Cable Assemblies provide ease of assembly or disassembly to daughtercard modules that mate to backplane adapters. VITA 67 RF Cable Assemblies are ideal for aerospace and defense, ground base station and communication systems, avionics, radar systems, and air transport rack applications.
