TRAVEO™ T2G CYT2CL Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies TRAVEO™ T2G CYT2CL Microcontrollers are dedicated to automotive systems like cluster entry and body control units. The family features an Arm® Cortex®-M4 CPU for primary processing and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security processing. The TRAVEO™ T2G CYT2CL has embedded peripherals supporting a controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD), local interconnect network (LIN), clock extension peripheral interface (CXPI), and LCD controller. The devices are manufactured on an advanced 40nm process.
