RW61x Wireless Microcontrollers

NXP Semiconductors RW61x Wireless Microcontrollers are highly integrated, low-power wireless MCUs for diverse applications like smart home devices, gaming controllers, industrial automation, and smart accessories. The NXP RW610 combines Wi-Fi^® 6 and BLUETOOTH^® Low Energy (LE) 5.4 radios, while the RW612 adds 802.15.4 support for tri-radio capabilities. Both MCUs are powered by a 260MHz Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 core with Trustzone™-M, 1.2MB of on-chip SRAM, and a Quad SPI interface with an on-the-fly decryption engine for secure external flash access.
