Renesas Electronics RZ/T2M Group Microprocessors integrate functions for motor control, networking, and functional safety (FuSA) into a single chip. The RZ/T2M Group MPUs feature a dual Arm® Cortex®-R52 CPU for real-time control and large, tightly coupled memory (576KB) directly connected to the CPU to realize high-performance real-time processing. In addition to motor control peripheral functions, the devices provide abundant peripherals such as ECC, functional safety, industrial Ethernet, and TSN standards that are required for industrial equipment.
