STMicroelectronics Bidirectional Single Line TVS Diodes are designed to protect the data line or other I/O ports against ESD transients. These devices feature an ultra-low PCB area of 0.18mm2 with a low clamping voltage and low leakage current. They are ideal for applications where both board space saving and high protection efficiency are required. These devices provide transient over voltage protection in ESD sensitive equipment such as smartphones, mobile phones, portable multimedia devices, digital cameras and camcorders, and communication and highly integrated systems.
