Power Inductors

EPCOS / TDK Power Inductors have a variety of features and benefits, including a temperature range of up to +150°C, high rated current, low DC resistance, a ferrite core construction, suitability for lead-free reflow soldering, AEC-Q200 qualification, RoHS compliance, wide inductance value range, and more. These power inductors are utilized in many applications, including multimedia, automotive electronics, industrial electronics, consumer electronics, DC/DC converters, telecommunications, and more.

VLBU Inductors

TDK VLBU Inductors feature lower DC resistance (DCR) and a saturation current rating from 21A to 160A thanks to a connecting wireless structure. These inductors offer a wide inductance range and are used as power supply circuits for SMD inductors that are made up of ferrite materials. The VLBU1007090 variants support direct current sensing under high-temperature conditions, while the VLBU9664100L, VLBU1024660F1, and VLBU805080 types are narrow inductors for multiphase applications. The VLBU6565100T inductors reduce the mounting area. TDK VLBU Inductors are suitable for use in data servers, voltage regulation modulators (VRMs), telecom base stations, computing, and industrial applications.

PoE - Power over Ethernet Applications & Solutions

TDK PoE - Power over Ethernet Applications and Solutions feature TDK's expanded line of ALT series SMD pulse transformers to be used in combination with ACM and MCZ series common-mode filters. These are used in various PoE applications that are compatible with 1G/2.5G/5G/10GBASE-T, 10/100/1000BASE-T, and PoE+ (600mA) standards. PoE is a technology that allows electrical power and data transmission to be carried simultaneously through a single cable versus through a separate power cord and network cable. PoE reduces the number of cables and wires necessary for installation and allows for design flexibility, as device placement no longer relies on the availability of an electrical outlet.
