24-bit ADC: ADS1246 / 1247 / 1248

The Texas Instruments ADS1246 / 1247 / 1248 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is a highly integrated, precision device that provides a complete front-end solution for temperature/bridge sensor applications. The TI ADS1246 / 1247 / 1248 features an onboard, low-noise PGA, a precision delta-sigma ADC with a single-cycle settling digital filter, and an internal oscillator. The TI ADS1247 and ADS1248 also provide a built-in, very low drift voltage reference with 10mA output capacity, and two matched programmable current DACs.

Texas Instruments Temperature Sensing Solution speeds the design cycle with the right devices, software, tools, and support for designing the next generation of temperature sensors. This highly integrated solution features ADS1118 and ADS10118 analog-to-digital converters with integrated temp sensor, LMP90x sensor analog front end devices, and ADS1247/48 ADCs for temp sensors.
