TLV761 Linear Voltage Regulators

Texas Instruments TLV761 Linear Voltage Regulators improve the functionality of a traditional x1117 regulator (TLV1117/LM1117) with tighter output accuracy and low quiescent current (I_Q). These regulators are pin-to-pin compatible with other fixed SOT-223 regulators. The TLV761 regulators' input voltage range is from 2.5V to 16V and provide an output voltage range from 0.8V to 13V to support various applications. These regulators are used in motor drives, smart meters, appliances, home theaters, and building security systems.
