ams OSRAM OSLON® Black Flat X KW4 HPL631.TK LEDs are high-performance 4-chip light-emitting diodes optimised for forward lighting applications. These high-efficiency LEDs offer up to 2115lm at 1000mA, making them ideal replacements for halogen lamps. The pad geometry of the OSLON Black platform offers excellent thermal performance, enabling developers to reduce the size of the heatsink or remove it from the application design entirely.

OSLON® Black Flat X LED Devices

ams OSRAM OSLON® Black Flat X LED Devices offer high efficiency for standard forward lighting applications. The LEDs have a high focus on system cost. The SMT device is very stable, durable and is used with standard processes. The pad geometry of the widely used OSLON Black Flat product platform was further optimised to allow for excellent thermal conditions.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
