NCV47701 Low Dropout Regulators

onsemi NCV47701 Low Dropout Regulators are 350mA output current integrated low dropout regulators designed for use in harsh automotive environments. These devices are offered with adjustable voltage versions available in 3% output voltage accuracy with high peak input voltage tolerance and reverse input voltage protection. onsemi NCV47701 regulators also provide overcurrent and overtemperature protection. The integrated current sense feature provides diagnosis and system protection functionality. The current limit of the device is adjustable by a resistor connected to a CSO pin. The voltage on the CSO pin is proportional to the output current.
