QPA1724EVB Evaluation Board

Qorvo QPA1724EVB Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPA1724 Ku/K-Band GaN Power Amplifier. The QPA1724 is optimized for 17.3GHz to 21.2GHz, delivering 20W of saturated output power with 16dB of large signal gain while achieving 27% power-added efficiency. To simplify system integration, the QPA1724 is fully matched to 50Ω with DC grounded I/O ports for optimum ESD performance. The device also features on-chip blocking capacitors following the DC grounds on the input and output ports.
