Mikroe BM78 Click is a compact add-on board that adds dual-mode BLUETOOTH® to various projects. The Mikroe BM78 Click uses the Microchip BM78, a certified 2.4GHz BLUETOOTH (BR/EDR/LE) module, which includes an integrated BLUETOOTH stack, power management, transceiver, and RF amplifier. It supports GAP, SDP, SPP, and GATT profiles, with data transfer via transparent UART. Key features include a MODE SEL switch, reset pin, status indicators, software power button, and WAKE button. This Click board™ is ideal for IoT, secure payments, home automation, security, industrial uses, and data logging.
