ATM3202 BLUETOOTH® 5.0 SoC with Embedded Flash

Atmosic Technologies ATM3202 BLUETOOTH® 5.0 System-on-Chip (SoC) with Embedded Flash is an extremely low-power solution with Energy Harvesting. The SoC features an integrated BLUETOOTH 5.0 complaint radio with Arm® Cortex® M0 application processor. ATM3202 offers 128KB/512KB/1MB embedded Flash, 128KB Random Access Memory (RAM), 4KB One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory, and sophisticated power management. Low-duty cycle operation support allows systems to run significantly longer without battery replacement. These components support operation from various energy harvesting sources, including RF, Photovoltaic, TEG (Thermoelectric generator), and motion. Supported innovative wake-up mechanisms provide options for further power consumption reduction. The Atmosic Technologies ATM3202 Extreme Low Power BLUETOOTH® 5.0 SoC is available in a 40-pin 5mm2 QFN package.
