PCA9422 Ultra-Low-Power Charger+Gauge PMICs

NXP Semiconductors PCA9422 Ultra-Low-Power Charger+Gauge Power Management ICs (PMICs) are highly integrated devices designed to deliver a complete power management solution for low-power microcontroller systems and similar applications. The NXP PCA9422 PMICs feature a linear battery charger capable of delivering up to 640mA, with Constant Current (CC) and Constant Voltage (CV) values programmable via I2C for flexible configuration. Built-in safety mechanisms (including input overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal protection) ensure safe and reliable charging, and the charger supports JEITA-compliant profiles.
