MPQ2189 AEC-Q100 Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ2189 AEC-Q100 Synchronous Step-Down Converters are highly integrated, high-frequency switching voltage regulators with an I2C interface. MPQ2189 supports up to 4A load current across a 2.7V to 6V input voltage (VIN) supply range with high load/line regulation. Constant-frequency hysteretic mode provides a fast transient response without loop compensation to achieve high efficiency under light-load conditions.
