Texas Instruments TPS22950Q1EVM Evaluation Module is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS22950-Q1 load switch. The TPS22950-Q1 is a small, single-channel load switch with robust protection against fault cases with adjustable output current limiting, reverse current blocking and thermal shutdown. The TI TPS22950Q1EVM evaluation module permits users to apply different input voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V under different loading conditions of 0A to 3A to the TPS22950-Q1.

TPS22950LEVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPS22950LEVM Evaluation Module is a two-layer PCB featuring the TPS22950L load switch. The V_IN and V_OUT connections can handle high continuous currents and offer a low-resistance pathway into and out of the device under test. The test point connections allow the TPS22950LEVM to control the device with user-defined test conditions and make accurate R_ON measurements.
