Infineon KIT_2K5W_CCM_TOLL TO-Leadless (TOLL) Adapter is designed to upgrade the EVAL_2K5W_CCM_4P_V2 evaluation board for SMD devices in the PFC stage. The KIT_2K5W_CCM_TOLL Adapter exchanges the heatsink with the already assembled devices. The Adapter enables a possible SMD solution for high current applications utilizing the CoolMOS™ C7 Gold series (G7) super junction MOSFETs with the 4-pin Kelvin source capability and the improved thermal properties of the TOLL package. Additional features for the adapter include a CCM PFC topology, a thermal management example, and an SMD vs. THD comparison in the same environment.
