N24C08 EEPROM Memory

onsemi N24C08 EEPROM Memory supports the standard (100kHz), fast (400kHz), and fast-plus (1MHz) I2C protocol. This N24C08 EEPROM includes an 8Kb I2C and US 8-lead package device that is organized internally into 64 pages of 16 bytes each. The EEPROM writes 1 to 16 contiguous bytes into a page write buffer and then writes all data to non-volatile memory in one internal write cycle. This N24C08 EEPROM reads data by starting address, then shifts out data serially, automatically incrementing the internal address count. The EEPROM memory is automotive AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified. Typical applications include data and code storage, automotive systems,  modems/wireless LANs, industrial controls, printers, and set-top boxes.

N24Cx I2C Serial EEPROMs

onsemi N24Cx I2C Serial EEPROMs support Standard (100kHz), Fast (400kHz), and Fast-Plus (1MHz) I2C protocols. The data is written by providing a starting address and loading 1 to 16 contiguous bytes into a Page Write Buffer. Then, the data is written into non-volatile memory in one internal write cycle. The data is read by providing a starting address and then shifting out data serially while automatically incrementing the internal address count. With external address pins, it is possible to address up to eight onsemi N24C02, N24C32, or N24C64 devices, four N24C04 devices, two N24C08 or N24C256 devices, and one N24C16 device on the same bus.
