597D TANTAMOUNT® Chip Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague 597D TANTAMOUNT® Chip Capacitors are solid tantalum with ultra-low ESR, conformal coating, and maximum CV. The 597D series is available in case profiles E (4mm) and R (3.6mm), and a low-profile case V (2mm). Two tin terminations are standard. The Vishay / Sprague 597D TANTAMOUNT Chip Capacitors feature a ripple current up to 4.1A and are RoHS Compliant.
