KTS1661 USB VBUS Ideal Diode Load Switch

Kinetic Technologies KTS1661 USB VBUS Ideal Diode Load Switch is a low-resistance load switch with adjustable current limit, Soft-Start (SS), and ideal diode reverse current protection. This switch consists of an external resistor to set the current limit from 500mA to 2.5A. The KTS1661 load switch is optimized to protect systems with USB type-C ports that source up to 15W at 5V and must withstand up to 29V on VBUS. This switch incorporates Soft-Start (SS), which limits inrush current. The ideal diode Reverse Current Protection (RCP) isolates the systems internal rail whenever VBUS is driven to a higher voltage, as when charging.
