QPA4536 K-Band Power Amplifier

Qorvo QPA4536 K-Band Power Amplifier features an integrated power detector and operates from 24.2GHz to 26.5GHz. Qorvo QPA4536 utilizes the power pHEMT production process. With 33 dBm saturated output power and 31.5 dBm output power at 1dB gain compression, the amplifier offers 18dB small signal gain and a Third Order Intercept of 43dBm at 23dBm SCL. Fully matched to 50ohms with integrated DC clocking caps on both I/O ports, the QPA4536 simplifies system integration. The amplifier is housed in a 28 lead 5mm x 5mm QFN package and is cost-effective and suitable for communication and radar applications in commercial and military markets.
