MAX20331 Over-Voltage Protectors

Analog Devices MAX20331 Over-Voltage Protectors (OVPs) are 3.5mm audio line protectors designed to protect audio codecs and electronics of portable devices. These high-voltage protection OVPs can be connected between the 3.5mm jack and audio path electronics to protect against high-voltage conditions up to ±40V. The Analog Devices MAX20331 OVPs are available in space-saving, 9-bump, 0.4mm pitch, and 1.23mm x 1.23mm Wafer-Level Package (WLP). These OVPs operate over an extended temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Typical applications include smartphones and tablets.
