These devices feature a high surge current capability, low power loss, and high efficiency. They come in a SOD123HE package with a molding compound that has a UL flammability rating of 94V-0. These devices are RoHS compliant and halogen-free. This Taiwan Semiconductor series currently is available with a V_RRM rating of either 600V, 800V, or 1000V and has a I_F(AV) rating of 1.2A.​
