GBI40M-T Single Phase Bridge Rectifier

Diotec Semiconductor GBI40M-T Single Phase Bridge Rectifier equipped with four diodes in a bridge configuration and is protected against reverse assembly. This bridge rectifier features 1000V reverse voltage, 700V maximum input voltage, and 70A repetitive peak forward current (TC=100°C and f>15Hz). The GBI40M-T bridge rectifier is made up of UL 94V-0 case material and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Typical applications include 50Hz/60Hz rectification, power supplies, and commercial/industrial grade.
