Nitrogen8ULP System-On-Module

Ezurio Nitrogen8ULP System-On-Module (SOM) is powered by the NXP i.MX 8ULP family of processors, featuring dual Arm® Cortex®-A35 cores and an Arm Cortex-M33. This architecture allows the device to run Linux on the Cortex-A35 core and FreeRTOS on the Cortex-M33 core. Equipped with a Fusion DSP for low-power audio, a HiFi4 DSP for advanced audio and machine learning, and co-processors like PowerQuad and Casper, the i.MX 8ULP ensures efficient DSP and cryptography functions. The Ezurio Nitrogen8ULP module supports high-speed connectivity with interfaces such as USB 2.0, SD/SDIO 3.0, Ethernet, AVB, IEEE 1588, and CAN, while offering memory interfaces for 16-bit LPDDR4X and eMMC 5.1.
