LEXI-R422 LTE-M/NB-IoT/EGPRS Module

u-blox LEXI-R422 LTE-M/NB-IoT/EGPRS Module offers LTE-M and NB-IoT coverage with 16 bands and software-based filtering configuration. This module delivers a 23dBm RF output power within LPWA bands and ensures robust connections and reduced repetitions, particularly at cell edges. The LEXI-R422 module supports a set of 3GPP release 14 features for LTE Cat M1 and Cat NB2, pertinent for IoT applications. This module offers a 1.8V supply rail output on the V_INT pin, internally generated when the module is turned on outside the ultra-low power deep-sleep mode. Also, internally, the module's generic digital interfaces are powered by the same voltage domain.
