POSCAP TPC Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors

Panasonic POSCAP™ TPC Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors are low-profile devices with a 1.1mm maximum height, ESR down to 5mΩ, and capacitance up to 1500µF. These capacitors are high-temperature reflow solder capable, up to +260°C, and come in a variety of low-profile package sizes. Other features are high volumetric efficiency for capacitance, wide application coverage, and a safe alternative to generic tantalum capacitors. The TPC series utilizes a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high conductivity polymer for a cathode.
