MAX1443x 4-Channel Digital Isolators

Analog Devices MAX1443x 4-Channel Digital Isolators are fast, low-power, digital galvanic isolators made using Maxim's proprietary process technology. The MAX1443x isolators transfer digital signals between circuits with different power domains. These isolators use 0.58mW per channel at 1Mbps with a 1.8V supply and have an isolation rating of 5kV_RMS for 60 seconds. The output enable for the A side of the MAX1443xR/S/U/V is active-low. This feature makes it ideal for isolating a port on a shared SPI bus since the CS signal can directly enable the MISO signal on the isolator.
