CAT25M01 Serial 1Mb SPI EEPROMs

onsemi CAT25M01 Serial 1Mb SPI EEPROMs are internally organized as 128Kx8 bits. This device supports the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol and features a 256-byte page write buffer. The device is enabled through a Chip Select (CS) input. The required bus signals are data input (SI), data output (SO) lines, and clock input (SCK). The HOLD input may pause any serial communication with the onsemi CAT25M01 device. The device features hardware and software write protection, including partial and full array protection. The on-chip ECC (Error Correction Code) makes the device suitable for high-reliability applications.
