MBRxH60AFC-AU Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

PANJIT MBRxH60AFC-AU Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are surface-mount rectifiers that offer high efficiency. These rectifiers feature high surge current capability, low power loss, 60V maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage, and low leakage current. The MBRxH60AFC-AU rectifiers operate within the -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range and are available in SMAF-C plastic package. These rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and are lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0. The MBRxH60AFC-AU rectifiers are ideal for automated placement.
