STMicroelectronics IPS1270H Single-Channel High-Side Switch

STMicroelectronics IPS1270H Single-Channel High-Side Switch is a monolithic device made by using STMicroelectronics™ VIPower™ M0-3 technology, intended for driving any load with one side connected to ground. The active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low-energy spikes. Active current limitation, combined with automatic restart and thermal shutdown, protects the device against overload.

The active output clamp protects the device against negative voltage during switch-off of inductive loads. The device automatically turns off in the event of a ground pin disconnection. The STMicroelectronics IPS1270H is provided in an ECOPACK® SO-8 package.
