Solution USB Power Delivery USB-C à port unique EZ-PD™ CCG7S

La solution USB Power Delivery USB Type-C® à port unique EZ-PD™ CCG7S d'Infineon Technologies intègre un contrôleur buck-boost et propose des MOSFET intégrés en option. Elle est conforme aux spécifications USB Type-C et USB PD (version 3.2) et est destinée à des applications telles que les chargeurs pour unité principale, les chargeurs pour sièges arrière et les systèmes de divertissement pour les passagers arrière. L'intégration des composants permet de réduire la nomenclature (BOM) et d'optimiser l'encombrement des solutions délivrant jusqu'à 100 W de puissance. La solution USB Power Delivery USB-C® à port unique EZ-PD™ CCG7S d'Infineon Technologies est qualifiée pour les applications automobiles et validée conformément à la norme AEC-Q100 Grade 2.
