Alps Alpine HSFPAR Force Sensors detect stress as low as 0.01N, making them ideal for force sensing in input devices and posture control. These compact, low-profile devices have dimensions of only 2mm x 1.6mm x 0.66mm. Alps Alpine HSFPAR Force Sensors feature MEMS technology, high sensitivity, and good linearity. The series provides high durability with no characteristic changes after 1M cycles. Applications include stylus pens and various other input devices, load balance and grip force detection for robots, and various industrial equipment.
