Inductoren

Inductoren van TDK zijn vervaardigd met behulp van moderne meerlaagse verwerkingstechnologieën, draadwikkelingstechnologie of dunfilm-technologieën. De unieke meerlaagse verwerkingstechnologie van TDK biedt een hogere inductie en Q-kenmerken, evenals meer miniaturisatie. De portefeuille omvat een breed spectrum van filters, SMT-inductoren, vermogensinductoren, transponderspoelen en lijnreactoren. Deze onderdelen zijn ontworpen voor gebruik in hoogfrequente, signaal- en stroomcircuits. Inductoren van TDK zijn ideaal voor een reeks aan toepassingen, zoals mobiele apparaten, consumentenelektronica, zonne-omvormers, voedingen, on-board-laders en autosystemen.

PoE - Power over Ethernet Applications & Solutions

TDK PoE - Power over Ethernet Applications and Solutions feature TDK's expanded line of ALT series SMD pulse transformers to be used in combination with ACM and MCZ series common-mode filters. These are used in various PoE applications that are compatible with 1G/2.5G/5G/10GBASE-T, 10/100/1000BASE-T, and PoE+ (600mA) standards. PoE is a technology that allows electrical power and data transmission to be carried simultaneously through a single cable versus through a separate power cord and network cable. PoE reduces the number of cables and wires necessary for installation and allows for design flexibility, as device placement no longer relies on the availability of an electrical outlet. PoE is capable of supporting higher transmission speeds while still providing outstanding reliability and meeting compact design targets. TDK PoE - Power over Ethernet Applications and Solutions allow for greater scalability as the number of connected devices and LAN interfaces on each device continues to grow and more electronic components are used in servers and routers, as well as in other network and communication devices. 

Power Inductors

TDK Power Inductors include commercial- and automotive-grade models for power applications. These inductors are offered in a broad range of options such as low-profile, compact, magnetically-shielded, lead-free, and more. Among these designs are models with characteristics such as low hum noise, high Q, narrow inductance tolerance, loss reduction, low DCR, and large-current capability. TDK Power Inductors are available in wirewound, multilayer, and thin-film technologies and are designed to suit various needs.

VLS-HBX & VLX-HBX-1 Inductors for Power Circuits

TDK VLS Inductors are magnetic shield-type wound devices for power circuits. The low-profile product lineup features maximum heights of 1.0mm to 4.5mm, allowing for a variety of different usages. These inductors feature high magnetic shield construction and are compatible with high-density mounting. TDK VLS Inductors are available for use in applications ranging from smartphones and tablet terminals, to LCD LED backlight panels, to automotive navigation and infotainment.

VLS Inductors for Power Circuits

TDK VLS Inductors are magnetic shield-type wound devices for power circuits. This low-profile product lineup features maximum heights ranging from 0.8mm to 4.5mm, allowing for different usages. These inductors feature high magnetic shield construction and are compatible with high-density mounting. The VLS-E series is designed for smartphones, tablet terminals, HDDs, SSDs, DVCs, DSCs, mobile display panels, portable game devices, and compact power supply modules. The VLS-E-CA inductors are specially designed for car navigation, car stereo, and car accessory applications. VLS-CX, VLS-EX, and VLS-EX-H inductors achieve larger current and lower Rdc by optimizing the ferrite core figure. VLS-HBX-1 Inductors use a metallic magnetic material and achieve larger current through the metallic magnetic material.
