NEVB-NPS3005B Evaluation Board

Nexperia NEVB-NPS3005B Evaluation Board is a dedicated printed circuit board (PCB) featuring Nexperia's NPS3005B load switch IC. This two-layer PCB features a substantial ground plane and layout routing that handle high continuous current while providing a low-resistance pathway into and out of the device under test. Separate voltage-sensing connections serve as test points to ensure accurate voltage and RON measurements. The test results are not affected by voltage drops created by the load current. Sold input and output connections are provided with convenient test-point pins and robust soldered pins. Nexperia NEVB-NPS3005B Evaluation Board also includes several connection terminals for GND and test points on the IN and OUT pins to allow a simple and convenient connection of scope probes.
