Infineon Technologies EVAL-1ED3145MC12H-SIC Evaluation Board is a compact platform designed to demonstrate the performance of the 1ED3145MC12H single‑channel isolated gate driver, particularly in fast‑switching silicon carbide (SiC) power applications. The Infineon board measures 85mm × 56mm × 28mm and serves as an evaluation environment for a 6.5A, 5.7kVRMS isolated gate driver intended for high‑performance industrial systems such as fast EV charging stations, motor drives, and industrial power stages. The EVAL-1ED3145MC12H-SIC evaluation board is configured in a half‑bridge topology and supports a wide output voltage of ±35V, enabling users to analyze switching behavior, propagation delays, protection features, and overall driver capability in realistic test conditions.
