Littelfuse AQ1210-01ETG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes
Littelfuse AQ1210-01ETG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes provide electronic equipment with a high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection level. Littelfuse AQ1210-01ETG TVS Diodes safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. Each TVS can also safely dissipate a 15A 8/20μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition. AQ1210-01ETG is fabricated with a proprietary silicon avalanche technology.
