Microsemi / Microchip AgileSwitch HPFM-00117 Fiber Master Driver
Microsemi / Microchip AgileSwitch HPFM-00117 Fiber Master Driver provides monitoring and fault reporting information to enable better control and analysis of an IGBT-based power system. This driver includes an isolated DC/DC converter and reports a single fault via the dual-channel fiber I/O. The HPFM-00117 fiber driver is suitable for IGBTs up to 3300V. This driver features up to 15kHz switching, master-slave capability, and one 7W output power gate. Typical applications include solar/PV inverters, wind turbines, UPS, motor drives, high-speed trains/traction, and frequency conversion.
