Allegro MicroSystems Magnetic Speed Sensor ICs offer a comprehensive portfolio covering the full range of speed and speed with direction sensor ICs. These products include a two- and three-wire interface, a magnetic encoder (ring magnet) and gear tooth sensing, Hall and GMR technology, and ASIL-compliant options for transmission, wheel speed, engine, e-motors, and many more encoder and gear tooth sensing applications.Innovative Hall-effect and GMR technologies support robust and reliable gear tooth and ring magnet speed sensing. Combining application and algorithm experience with OEMs, these application-specific speed sensor ICs were developed. The Magnetic Speed Sensor ICs utilize these features for their target applications, improving safety and performance.
