Apacer Technology Inc. DDR3 Synchronous DRAMs (SDRAMs)

Apacer Technology Inc. DDR3 Synchronous DRAMs (SDRAMs) are high-density memory modules that come in BGA packages. These SDRAMs feature SSTL_15 interface, 1.5V±0.075V power supply (VDD), Serial Presence Detect (SPD), 8 and 4 Burst Lengths (BL) with Burst Chop (BC), and 7.8μs refresh cycles (at 0°C≤ T≤85°C). The DDR3 SDRAMs also feature 2 data transfers per clock cycle, different clock inputs, Data Mask (DM) for writing data, and Programmable Partial Array Self-Refresh (PASR). These SDRAMs support an auto pre-charge option for each burst access and auto-refresh/self-refresh.

Features

  • 2 data transfers per clock cycle
  • Differential clock inputs (CK and /CK)
  • DLL aligns DQ and DQS transitions with CK transitions
  • Data Mask (DM) for writing data
  • On-Die-Termination (ODT) for improved signal quality:
    • Synchronous ODT
    • Dynamic ODT
    • Asynchronous ODT
  • Multi-Purpose Register (MPR) for temperature readout
  • ZQ calibration for DQ drive and ODT
  • Programmable Partial Array Self-Refresh (PASR)
  • Reset pin for power-up sequence and reset function
  • SRT range:
    • Normal/extended
    • Auto/manual self-refresh
  • Programmable output driver impedance control
