Diodes Incorporated AH1390 Unipolar Hall Effect Switch

Diodes Incorporated AH1390 Unipolar Hall Effect Switch features dual outputs for portable and battery-powered consumer equipment for home appliances and industrial applications. The miniature micropower magnetic Unipolar Hall effect switch IC can operate over the supply range of 1.6V to 3.6V and uses a sleep function to give an average supply current of 1.3μA at 1.85V. Diodes Incorporated AH1390 has a 2kV ESD rating on the supply and output pins. To minimize PCB space, the AH1390 is packaged in low-profile X2-DFN1410-4.
