Analog Devices Inc. MAX17853EVKIT Evaluation Kit demonstrates the features and capabilities of the MAX17853 Power Management IC (PMIC). The MAX17853 is a single-chip, ASIL-D-compliant battery monitoring solution for mid-to-large cell count configurations for battery packs in electric and hybrid vehicles.
The MAX17853EVKIT is coupled with the MAX17853EVKIT to establish communication with a host PC. With communication established, control of the MAX17853EVKIT is executed through a Graphical User Interface (GUI) on the host PC. The MAX17853EVKIT also features vertical communication connectors, and a snap-and-lock battery pack connector, enabling the user to quickly build and evaluate a system with up to 32x daisy-chained devices.
