Menlo Micro MM5230EVKxA RF Development Tools are designed to evaluate the MM5230 high-power RF switch IC, which operates at a maximum frequency of 26GHz. The MM5230EVK3A development tool is a high-performance evaluation board for the MM5230 Superport mode, which has improved performance at 26GHz. The MM5230 RF switch IC provides ultra-low insertion loss and superior linearity as an SP4T from DC to 18GHz and greater than 3 billion switching cycles. The MM5230EVKxA tools are ideal for switched filter banks and tunable filters, high-power RF front ends, antenna tuning, low-loss switch matrices, and EM relay replacement.
