NXP Semiconductors MR-VMU-RT1176 Vehicle Management Unit

NXP Semiconductors MR-VMU-RT1176 Vehicle Management Unit is a lightweight, compact vehicle management controller solution developed for mobile robotics. The device includes an integrated inertial measurement unit (IMU), control and networking interfaces, and a PX4 V6X standard-compliant form factor. The controller is extensible via the NXP mobile robotics ecosystem, delivering robust compatibility.

The NXP MR-VMU-RT1176 Vehicle Management Unit provides open-source support through Zephyr RTOS, Cognipilot, NuttX, and PX4. The compute module and carrier board feature a modular architecture. Furthermore, the device has a high-performance dual-core 1GHz Cortex-M7/M4 processor (i.MX RT1176 crossover MCU).
