NXP Semiconductors NT3H2x11 NTAG I2C + Connected NFC TAG Solutions
NXP NT3H2x11 NTAG I2C Plus Connected NFC TAG Solutions combine a passive NFC interface with a contact I2C interface. The NT3H2x11 components are designed for home automation, consumer applications and are a fast and less expensive solution to add tap-and-go connectivity. NXP's second-generation connected-tag technology is backward compatible with password protection, memory access configuration, and originality signature for protection from cloning.

- Full, read-only, or no memory access from NFC interface, based on 32-bit password
- Full, read-only, or no memory access from I2C interface
- NFC silence feature to disable the NFC interface
- Originality signature based on Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) for simple, genuine authentication

- Pass-through mode with 64-byte SRAM buffer
- FAST_WRITE and FAST_READ NFC commands for higher data throughput
- Power Management
- Configurable field-detection output signal for data-transfer synchronization and device wake-up
- Energy harvesting from NFC field, so as to power external devices (e.g. connected microcontroller)
- -40°C up to +105°C temperature range
