onsemi NCV8775C LDO Regulators are ultra-low Iq 350mA LDO regulators with integrated reset. These LDO regulators are robust for automotive environments. The NCV8775C regulators feature 19µA typical quiescent current for battery applications requiring ultra-low quiescent current with or without load. This feature is especially critical when modules remain in active mode and the ignition is off. onsemi NCV8775C contains protection functions, including current limit and thermal shutdown.
