onsemi CAT24C32B EEPROM Memory

onsemi CAT24C32B EEPROM Memory is a 32Kb device that supports Standard (100kHz), Fast (400kHz), and Fast-Plus (1MHz) I2C protocol. This EEPROM memory is internally organized as 4096 words of 8-bits each. The CAT24C32B EEPROM memory features a 32-byte page write buffer and operates at a 1.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range. This device is available in a 4-ball WLCSP package and is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant. The CAT24C32B memory is suitable in applications that require two serial EEPROM devices with 4-ball WLCSP on the same I2C bus.
