RECOM Power RVSW013 Dedicated Bidirectional Controller Chips
RECOM Power RVSW013 Dedicated Bidirectional Controller Chips integrate a power MOSFET with an ultra-low on-resistance of 30mΩ. The RVSW013 series supports two operating modes: pulse-width modulation (PWM) and synchronous rectification, in which the internal power MOSFET functions as a synchronous rectifier. An enable pin allows switching between these two modes, delivering seamless bidirectional energy conversion. RECOM Power RVSW013 Dedicated Bidirectional Controller Chips include an intelligent mode-detection feature that distinguishes between PWM and synchronous rectification modes. In standby mode, when both functions are disabled via the EN pin, the device consumes zero power. With the ultra-low operating voltage range, the RVSW013 devices are ideal for bidirectional single-cell battery charging and discharging applications.
