Renesas Electronics RAA210040 Step-Down DC/DC Mini Modules

Renesas Electronics RAA210040 Step-Down DC/DC Mini Modules are capable of delivering up to 4A of continuous current. These modules operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V input power rail. The RAA210040 modules integrate the controller, gate driver, power inductor, and MOSFETs. The RAA210040 modules are optimized for space-constrained applications.
