SanRex Thyristor (SCR) Power Modules
SanRex Thyristor (SCR) Power Modules are standard dual-thyristor and thyristor-diode modules available in different package heights to meet design requirements.
The SanRex PK130FG series and PK40FG series are developed for various rectifier circuits and power controls. In circuit applications, internal connections and wide-voltage ratings up to 1600V are available. An electrically isolated mounting base helps in an easy mechanical design.

- Unique gate design for higher di/dv (integrated thyristor two and a half times higher than existing products)
- Less-layered internal structure for improved heat dissipation (low thermal resistance)
- EU RoHS compliant
- In addition to reduced layer design, soldering on both sides of the chips increased the long-term reliability (two times longer than existing products)
- UL recognized under UL File NE76102
